I bought the NB200 a couple days ago. On day one I noticed it only charged up to 71%. I looked over the internet and found some suggestions to reset the battery counter.
Following on with the first suggestion, I disconnected the AC plug and used the computer until the battery went back to 0 and into Hibernation. After that, I plugged back the AC cord and turned on the system. This time the battery counter stayed at 2% after two hours.
On one of the forums I found instructions to: 1) turn off the system 2) remove the battery and check/clean the contacts 3) wait over 1 minute to put the battery back in. I did this but the battery counter still doesn't go over 2%.
I also checked and made sure the USB Sleep and Charge is disabled.
