I own a Satellite A215-S4757. Whenever I plug in to charge my battery, the light comes on saying its charging. Then after 3 seconds or so, the light turns off. I thought this was just a light issue. So, I turned on my computer to see if it would charge then. It says "Plugged in, not charging" It has never done this before. Any suggestions?
It just started this way. It's been a little over 2 years since I've had it. I found out that it stops charging once it hits 98% charged. It has never done this before. I know there are laptops out there that will stop charging the battery once its full, but mine was never like this until 2 days ago. It would get to 100% and keep charging, like most batteries. But now, once it hits 98% it says "Plugged in, not charging"
