Batteries and Power

My laptop is about 7-8 months old. The problem is the charger port has disappeared completely.

So we can not charge or use the computer at all. Any ideas ? Is this a warranty issue ? Thanks

You won't know until you talk to Toshiba.  Initiate the process by calling Toshiba Support at 800-457-7777.
