L300-144 Battery has stopped charging and is not working

My L300-144 Battery has stopped charging and is not working. Do I need to replace the battery or is there anything I can do. I've been using this laptop for over a year now

Do you take it out when you are plugged in?

 

It sounds like it is DOA. I'd go shopping for a new one.

Yes we own a Toshiba! And yes we are a laptop battery company.

No. I have not taken out the battery when plugged in ever before. Thanks anyhow. Does anyone know where to shop for this battery in Nigeria?
