Just purchased a Qosmio X305-Q701 about 5 months ago. Love it, but the only issue is battery life. "TERRIBLE" Charges okay but unplugged in power saver mode only get about 30 to 35 minutes before I need to run for the charger, or should I say the "BRICK" that looks like a charger.
Is there a better battery than the original that came with the laptop.
Battery life has many issues, DVD playing causes battery life to be shortened due to the amount of resoiurces need to complete the action. Go back to the power settings and check the next option and see if you gain more life. BTW Qosmio is a high end unit and is demanding on its resources.
