My old Satellite Pro 6000 has decided to start flashing the following binary code:

01001010

Since we read this right to left and convert to hex, that's a code 52.  Looking up the codes on here, I learn that code is the following:

52h EVER5V voltage is under or equal to 4.5V when the computer is 
booting up. 

Where should I start looking for troubleshooting?  The power board?
