Batteries and Power

    I'm having a problem with my laptop. It is a satellite U405-S2830.

      If I'm using it normally and then I close it and open it after few minutes, it seems to be sleeping, but when I try to make it     "wake up" it doesn't work! I can see that the power is on, as the keyboard button lights are on, but when pressing the power button, nothing happens. To make it work again I have to unplug the cable and plug it again (when I'm not using battery). It happens all the time I close the laptop with it on. Can somebody help me to find out what's happening???

I started having a similar problem and need help. We have had laptop for a short while, and now when powering up it will not turn on  nor respond to ctrl + alt+delete at that time.  Not in sleep or hibernation mode. Finally it will turn on after closing the lid  and opening and holding the power on button down a length.  Please help!
