DVD STOPPED WORKING BUT WINDOWS SAY IT IS INSTALLED AND WORKING PROPERLY. TRIED INSTALLING DRIVERS BUT CAN'T FIND THE RIGHT ONES. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
What model# is being discussed, please tell us to assist more effectively. With so little to go on, why not go into Device Manager and delete the device, reboot and allow new harware wizard. Also, check the tay to ensure it has been closed firmly, alligned with bottom shell casing.
