My problem is that a game by Bigfish fails to start due to some problem
with the Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset graphics card in my laptop.
Both Toshiba and Big Fish agree that I need to upgrade the Intel drivers.
The problem is that when I attempt to do this from the Intel site,
it runs their diagnostic tool. It finds that the drivers I have are
an OEM version, dated 9/13/2007, build 7.14.10.139.
Intel refuses to upgrade to the new version available,
that would be for the GL960 family.
It looks to me that Toshiba could review this situation and perhaps
issue an updated version of the Intel drivers that could be installed in my
laptop.
Please advise me if there's any chance of this happening or what other
thing I could do to solve this problem.

You have to use the Intel supplied drivers in the ZIP archive, not from the .EXE installer package. See this page at Intel for information on how to do this.
If you don't bother to post your COMPLETE model number it's very difficult to assist you. Please post in complete sentences with punctuation, capitals, and correct spelling. Toshiba does NOT provide any direct support in these forums. All support is User to User in their spare time.
