The solution is on the AuthenTec web site - but we can't access it - only Toshiba can make it available.

Does anyone know how we can pass this along to Toshiba for their help?

Q – What operating systems is the TrueSuite application compatible with?
A –TrueSuite is compatible with Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP (SP2 and SP3) PC operating systems.  It has been optimized for Microsoft's new Windows 7 operating system and the Windows Biometric Framework (WBF).

Q – What browsers is TrueSuite compatible with?
A – TrueSuite is compatible with Internet Explorer (IE) Version 6, IE7, IE8, and Firefox browsers. 

Q – Is TrueSuite compatible with all AuthenTec sensors?
A – TrueSuite currently supports PCs equipped with AES2550 and AES1610 sensors, and will also be compatible with future PC sensors from AuthenTec.

Q – Where can I buy TrueSuite?
A – TrueSuite is only available as an embedded feature on select PC models.  AuthenTec is planning to offer TrueSuite through multiple sources, and also plans to offer other exciting new application modules.

Q – Is TrueSuite available for download from AuthenTec?
A – No.  It is only available from those PC manufacturers who include it in their PC models.

It worked in my hp tx2000 that also has an authentec fingerprint driver.

Anyway... I also support your petition to Toshiba and would like to extend it to HP, hope they provide their customers with an updated version of TrueSuite.
