Please i need your help.My dad purchased a laptop ,model satellite U400-12P from Dubai.Am from Uganda.The battery of the laptop is not charging. When the laptop is powered, and i click on the battery icon, a recieve a message "battery not detected "This battery has never charged from when i started using the laptop. Afriend advised me to download drivers fot it.how do i download the drivers? Is it the best solution? please help.

Batteries don't have drivers. Hopefully, you just got a bad battery and replacing it will fix things.
