where do i find drivers for a tecra m2v laptop.  Reloaded windows and have no drivers couldnt find any on toshiba support site for the M2v series

Which support site were you looking at??

The website you are on right now has them:

Tecra M2V

That site only has a few, none of which address:

multimedia audio controller

pci modem

unknown device

video controller

video controller (vga compatible)

all of which I have been looking for for the last 3 hours.....  any ideas would be greatly appreciated. i'm desperate at this point

Okay.  Why don't you tell us WHICH version of WIndows?  That would make things a LOT easier. 

I see 54 drivers and utilities for XP, 41 for XP SP2/3, and 42 for Windows 2000. 

• I see Intel Disply Driver which is the Video Controller.
• I see ADI Audio Driver which covers the audio controller
• I see Toshiba Software Modem which covers the modem
• As far as the unknown device, you'll have to figure out what device isn't installed and then download the driver for that one as there is no way we can figure that one out without having the computer right in front of us.

What webpage do you find these drivers?  I just checked and there's only one file there, the old bios.  Can you post the url link?

Go to the Product Support Link at the top of this page, click on the Blue Text Link that states Show All Models, enter in Tecra and M2v, then click on the DOWNLOADS tab to reveal all of the downloads for that system.  I just checked and there are 76 files listed there.
