Recovery media replacement - change in fulfillment cost

As of 5/8/09, the shipping and handling charges for delivery of replacement system recovery media in the US is $24.95 for regular delivery. Expedited delivery is available to Alaska and Hawaii for $29.95.

All Toshiba laptops ship with recovery media or software for creating recovery media.

Replacement media can be ordered by calling Toshiba Customer Service at 1-800-457-7777.
