Hey Guys,
I've been having some problems with my notebook lately. It started freezing at startup even before windows would boot. But now it freezes randomly at any time.
It gets completely stuck up, cant even move the mouse, the only thing for me to do is to push the on off button to shut it down.
It even freezes on safe mode and safe mode with internet.
I formatted the disk to check if it was a software issue, checked the memory and it is fine so its not that. I ran PC diagnostic Tool, and it says that everything is OK.
The only moment I saw that it didn't froze was when I used the notebook on battery without the AC adapter, but its not like it freezes at the moment I connect the adapter... so I'm not sure that would be the problem.
What could it be? Overheating maybe? Its there anything I can do?
