I have a Satelite M305 but the screen just started to blink and go white, does anyone knows what causes that?

The plug from your screen to the motherboard has come loose. You will have to remove the the top section of the laptop and reconnect the plug. I suggest putting a piece of duct tape on it so that it does not come loose again. Also, do not pick up the computer by the screen.
