Re: downloading

We can't see your computer or what you're doing.

Which computer? Which Windows?

What does that mean? Tell us what happens - not what does not happen. Tell us exactly what you do and then what you see.

Please give us step-by-step details and make paragraphs that we can understand. Thank you.

Re: downloading

hello

my name is brandon and for xmas i just recieved a new satellite L505 S5984 and once i opened it i dirctly went on to youtube to watch a video but the video screen was black and there was no toolbar to hit play or anything.  next i tried to go on playlist.com and found that instead of the player loading only a little white box appeared.  lastly i tried to download mozilla firefox in which it told me upon beginning to download that the site coulnt be found.  so my assumption is that when a site tries to dowload or activate things inside of it such as inbstall a program or run a player it fails. i dont know whaT IS WRONG BUT DOWS ANYONE HAVE ANY INSIGHT TO MY PROBLEM(sorry caps) but anyways:

it is brand new before i got it my father downloaded avg antivirus and set up my internet connection and nothing else

i am running windows 7(dont know what bit)

if you need any other info let me know i will be checking the forums

thankyou
