my face recognition system will not load up to register my face. the opening screen comes up with 'initialising' written at the bottom but it doesnt load up the camera. any ideas anyone?

I have the same problem. I have the L515-S4925 Laptop still running Vista until my free update gets here. It is a day 1 problem, it has not worked since I got the computer.

I think I just figured it out

Select Face Recognition

Select Setting on the bottom right

In my case I have another video capture device so it was set as my camera for some reason

I changed it to USB 2.0 Camera and voila it worked
