hallo everyone,

well i am new to this forum and I decided to join because i am not really good with computers and could use some good help of computer experts

well, i have a portege M800-10Z and i have a small stupid problem. i bought a new microsoft usb mouse and and it works only in one usb port but not in the other one, although i had an older mouse and it worked (and still does work) in both ports. i am just curious to know if this can be fixed.

I assume that isn't a model you bought in the USA.  So you might want to try support in your contry to see if they know anything.

The only thing I cna think of is Sleep and charge.  Try turning it off.  control panel---> hwsetup.
