What country are you from? This is the USA Support Site and it only lists USA models. If you are from a different country it would be on that countries support site. If you can tell us what country along with the part number we will try to point you in the right direction. The part number looks something like: PSA50U-0NN02E

That's why you aren't finding it here on the USA forum and support site since it isn't sold here. You need to go to the European Support Site for it. Your laptop is here. Drivers are here.
