3 weeks old Toshiba A505-S6960, Windows 7 upgrade 5 days ago (I run 64 bit), Synaptics touch pad stopped working properly today - no left click, no scrolling..Whatever I did ( system restore, driver reinstall) did not change a thing! Had to buy a mouse, what works perfect. Any help?

Same circumstances. Mine just stopped a few hours ago. I did get a new driver from the touchpad people but I am waiting till I get a mouse just in case it stops responding completly.
