I have a couple of questions. I purchased my laptop in July of this year and recently I noticed one of my keys was loose and I can not get it to stay on properly. I haven't a clue how that happened. Are their replacement keys covered under a standard 1 year warranty? Do I have to send in my computer for the repairs?
