Tecra A9-S9019V

Windows X with Microsoft 2007.

Maybe Windows XP with Office 2007?

Try this. First reinstall this Toshiba utility.

Toshiba ACPI Common Modules for Windows XP

Then try each of these in turn to see what works.

Toshiba Hotkey Utility for Display Devices (Version 3.4.6.1 r2 - Released 08/20/07)

Toshiba Hotkey Utility for Display Device for Windows XP (Version 3.4.5.5 - Released 05/26/06)

Re: FN key does not work properly

Please quote the exact message, Rubin. Does it appear when you try to run Setup.exe?

In the meantime, try uninstalling that utility from Add or Remove Programs.

Re: FN key does not work properly

Jerry

The message appears in the setup and is: "Instalation failed"

The program I have to uninstall is "Toshiba Utilitites", am I right?

Thanks

No! That's probably this one.

   Toshiba Utilities for Windows XP

The one you're looking for should say something about hotkeys and/or display devices.
