At our school we ordered about 40 Toshibas (model: Sattelite Pro A300-2C3) and have noticed something odd with one of the laptops.
Basically, we have a group policy which automatically locks staff laptops after 15 minutes. One of the laptops rarely (has only happened 3 times) has the keyboard stop responding. The mouse is fine during this period, and we can turn num lock and caps lock on and off but no other keys seem to work (incl. ctrl alt del). I think the laptop _may_ also be left to go into standby during this period.
We are going to try and update the keyboard drivers but were wondering if anyone had come across this before?
Unsure if relevant but the person has a Toshiba docking station rigged up.
