When I hit the number "0" I get a slash. When I hit it with the fn key depressed, it comes out as the number "0" How do I turn off the fn key in that circumstance. Thanks
Answered my own question. Depressing the "num lock" key on my external keyboard caused the keyboard to transform the relevant letters on my laptop's keyboard into a number pad. Fn F11 caused them to revert to letters.
