Browsing Problem Toshiba L 500 D 6310 running Windows Vista Home premium

[ Edited ]

I had previously explained this peculiar problem on this forum and got answer ( at this forum by jerry and also contacted toshiba india , toshiba portugal and everyone i could) but now i am making this last effort ..

I again explain the problem..

the laptop shows that it is connected to the net in the mange connections window..

but i can not browse the net..skype stops working...

on clicking at site it just says waiting for response and does nothing..(this thing happens all of a sudden, I mean after a successful browsing for whole day or days may be)..

surprisingly i can see that the network is connected and that i can view all the computers that are connected to the local net..

i have tried everything from putting ipv 4 on and off, removing the power saving option of the driver, updating driver and now reinstalling the driver..

the system details once again.. satellite L500 D 6310, Windows Vista home premium, 3 GB RAM, 320 GB hard disk, intel wireless lan driver, and of course make " TOSHIBA"..

I have reinstalled the wireless driver and to my surprise problem persists..( in fact i have now noted that this problem occurs with even the wired network connection)...

however the problem gets resolved when I restart the system..

the problem has been occuring regularly..and their is no suuport..even in warranty..( less than two months purchase..)..

can someone tell me where to approach for getting this sorted out using warranty ( international)that this laptop has..

I request for help to resolve the issue once for all..

Its quite urgent, may be Jerry could help again...or provide a contact to seek help from...

May be its a hunch but the problem seems to occur when i try to download simultaneously many files...
