U505-S2965 Can't Disable bluetooth

I've installed a clean Windows 7 Ultimate and used the dvd of drivers of the recovery, every time i disable the bluetooth function 2 seconds and the bluetooth enable again, i tried with the fn + F8 and using the icon and disable both have the same problem. Someone can help me?

Get rid of it this way. Open Device Manager (devmgmt.msc), expand Network adapters, right-click the Bluetooth device, and click Disable.

My solution was different, i uninstalled the driver of toshiba for the bluetooth device and the Windows 7 detected a generic bluetooth radio... now i can disable from fn + F8 and disable option from bluetooh icon on the taskbar.
