I just got an NB 200. So far it's great, but...
With IE, the title of every browser window has the text "Presented by TOSHIBA Leading Innovation >>>" added to it. For example, if I view the source of this window, I find the following between the title tags: "New Message - Toshiba Laptop Forums"
However, the actual title that appears on the window is "New Message - Toshiba Laptop Forums - Presented by TOSHIBA Leading Innovation >>>"
Can I get rid of the extra text? How is Toshiba "tricking" IE into adding text to the specified title?

No 'tricks', just a value in the registry. Seach the registry for "Presented by TOSHIBA Leading Innovation" and change the value to whatever you want.

Thanks, that worked (sort of). I found a registry entry called Window Title with the text "Presented by TOSHIBA Leading Innovation >>>" so I blanked that out. After that change every Window title had " -" added to it, so I deleted Window Title. Now the window title has the text " - Windows Internet Explorer" added to it - I guess that's normal?
Anyway, many thanks for your helpful advice.

If I recall correctly, if the title is blank, Windows defaults to what you are seeing.
You're welcome.
