HAI,....GREAD DAY TO U ALL,IM A USER FOR TOSHIBA T580 OR Satellite L310-S411actualy i dont no what families of my laptop is.....yes i no my family laptop is satellite but i cannot find where is L310-S411....is there have another name of my satellite L310?....and can my laptop use for touch screen? if can! what must i download there softwere?...pls help answer my question,

Well, you sure as heck aren't going to find it by looking in the USA support site. That's an Asian model so you need to look in THE ASIAN Support Site.
If you don't bother to post your COMPLETE model number it's very difficult to assist you. Please post in complete sentences with punctuation, capitals, and correct spelling. Toshiba does NOT provide any direct support in these forums. All support is User to User in their spare time.
