Does anyone know if I need a power converter for this model when I travel to Israel? Thanks

Yes. Israel uses a type C socket from what I gather. Not sure where to get the proper adapter, but a google search should take care of that.
If you don't post your COMPLETE model number it's very difficult to assist you. Please try to post in complete sentences with punctuation, capitals, and correct spelling. Toshiba does NOT provide any direct support in these forums. All support is User to User in their spare time.

The spec above shows an auto-sensing 100-240V/50-60Hz AC adapter. So your power brick handles the 220V 50Hz in Israel nicely.
All you need is a plug converter. A Euro plug should work just fine.
