I have just installled PGP encryption software on a Toshiba Portege tablet. When the primary user logs off the keyboard seems to freeze where I can only press ctrl+alt, but del won't work. I've tried using the security key with no success. This is very frustrating - it was fine after the software install, but now is malfunctioning. Is True Suite Access manager the problem, maybe? Uninstall? Thanks
