Greetings, I am trying to connect a Toshiba TDP-S20U projector to my WinXP laptop. It works until the Windows Login screen, then it says “No Signal”. Since it works at all I know it is compatible. Help!

Have you tried the input or signal source button on the projector? Maybe it switched off the source, so pressing it may bring it back. Or try disconnecting the projector and going into windows. Once in Windows, right click on the background to get the menu. Click on Properties. Then go to the settings tab and change the resolution to 800x600. Then try connecting the projector. Many projectors only support a low resolution. Expecially older projectors.

I'll go with the solution of the previous post. Try to set resolution to low.

I tried lowering the resolution, and that resolved it. Or should I say that was the resolution.
Thanks for the suggestion ![]()
