My hard disk died on my Portege M400 tablet, I replaced it and reinstalled WinXP on it with a set of recovery disk burned from the hard drive. During the final stage of the reinstall, I got and error, the install stopped and the machine rebooted. It then booted to the newly installed WinXP after the boot managers searches for a LAN to boot from. How do I get to the boot menu to fix the boot order. I tried pressing most of the function keys now to try to get into the boot menu. The F2 key freezes up the boot sequence without booting at all. What's the secret here? Thanks in advance for the help.
