Wireless (including Bluetooth) is enabled using the Fn+F8 keys.
For the settings see the section Connect on p. 139 of the User's Guide. And search this pdf file for Bluetooth for more information.

No, there isn't a Bluetooth device below Network adapters. So what does that mean ?
It means either the spec is wrong or the Bluetooth device is malfunctioning. I'll put my money on the latter.
If in warranty, time for service.
Or you can just add an adapter like this one.

Not sure about the Q710, but I have the Q711 and I through all the BS you did when I bought it...Why? Because Toshiba had the incorrect specs on the thing, causing all sorts of grief. The Q711 does NOT have built-in BT and no internal add-on adapter is available. Why they give you a stack but no device is beyond me, especially since the Toshiba Stack only works with a Toshiba device. If you use it with a 3rd party device, the software expires after a period of time. Quite ridiculous if you ask me.
Anyways, if you buy the external USB adapter that is referenced in the previous message, you can plug that in, no problem. If you buy some other one at the store, you may have to use other drivers. I have one from Zoom that is very similar to the Toshiba one.

I went through the same process with my Q711 - ended up getting small Trendnet adapter. Has been
working well with Vista and, now, with Win7 upgrade. Microsoft drivers.
