I ordered a custom built Qosomio yesterday, and I would like to print out the details (i forgot to do that yesterday).  The problem is I didn't see any links to my order.  Can anybody here point me to the page where you can view your order details?

now if only i could jump on the webmaster's lap and ask him where are the links to email webmaster, as webmaster@toshibadirect.com bounces.  i've got an issue regarding model number not letting me register.  i customized my laptop and i noticed it didn't look anything like the example they had pictured.  how are the model numbers lettered?  i tried using p500, Z9062317W (a number next to the p500 on the template underneath the unit), and finally PSPGBU which had a OM7021 following it.  neither, none, nada. woprks.

it's a satellite, but exactly which model, i would have said P505.  *shrug*

You should call ToshibaDirect on the phone to work this out then.  That's going to be your best at this point as this is just a User's helping User's forum.
