During one of the presentations, I wanted to show a video and wanted connect to speaker through amplipheir rather that connecting to the audio output jack I connected to audio input jack. From that time onwards I am having a crackling sound. .I checked with the service in India, and they said audio condenser got burned. So When I uninstall the sound driver, the sound only comes when I start up after the bootup the sound is very low not that disturbing. My micrphone and audio cannot work. So is there anyway? Service guys say that we should change the motherboard. Anyway out.
