i bought a toshiba laptop in the usa a few months ago. i am now in europe. i have some problems with my HDD, my laptop isn't starting, i tried to recover my laptop,but no results,still the same problem. HDD has been damaged i guess or whatever. can someone tell me if the international warranty covers damaged HDD replacement? what is diagnostics for? thanks in advance.
