What is the safest way to clean the keyboard and surfaces of a A305 with the fusion finish without ruining the finish?

warm water and with a soft, lint-free cloth such as a well broken in 100% cotton bandana.
you just need to make the cloth damp--not dripping wet.
good luck and why not post pics of your new clean machine when you are done?

You could also use the microfiber cloth Toshiba ships with your pc. if you do not have one, it is structurally very similar to the general microfiber cloths used in cleaning spectacles, so you may use one of those instead.
Preferably ( but not necessarily), use it without any liquid. clean on a regular basis, so your machine doesnt get soiled to the extent where you would actually need to use a liquid of some sort.
