HELP! where's my disk drive? A305-S6829

I insert a disk and I have no autoplay, I check under My Computer and my dvd drive doesn't even appear, I'm not sure if it's the registry, I did what the support guy told me to do last time with no sucess.
help!

That doesn't help us!
Your CD drive or DVD drive is missing or is not recognized by Windows or other programs
