Suddenly appear BIOS PASSWORD.

How to reset?

Are there any backdoor for this model?

To reset the BIOS password, you will need to take the system to a Toshiba Authorized Service Provider along with proof of purchase. That model has a known BIOS problem that sometimes results in a password request when a password hasn't be set. In this case, there will be no charge for the fix.
