For all, just keep pretending you are turning on and off, and, if you are lucky enought for the computer to try to come up, just leave it alone. Unfortunately, computer support was real nasty about helping me with trying to put stuff on flashdrive- so- didn't learn. Imagine a grown woman crying after a call!
