Hi all. Hope to find an answer here, since the Toshiba technical support and Nationalparts were not able to answer my question.
Two years ago i bought a customized satellite P200 (PSPB6U-04Y29).
The laptop was sold ith a motherboard with two basis, capable of connecting two hard drives.
Few days ago I had to change my motherboard but the only motherboard model reported for my laptop is one with only one base.
On the old motherboard, on the other hand, there is no Toshiba code (K0000...) but just a 46145551L0X.
Looks like this number is not enough to confirm the motherboard model. I was sent back and forth between Toshiba Technical Support and National Parts (and the Toshiba Repair Center that changed my motherboard) with no results.
On google, typing 46145551L0X gives me only one motherboard model (K000055730) but Toshiba or National Parts are not able to confirm that this motherboard is compatible with my PSPB6U-04Y29.
Anyone had my same experience and was able to install a dual basis motherboard as in the original configuration sold by Toshiba?
