Satellite m35-s456 and HDD WD 320Gb

Hello, i have problem: my m35-s456 don't see full space of HDD WesternDigital 320Gb, only 137Gb. What i mast to do?
PS. HDD info: WDC WD3200BEVE-00A0HT0, Bios ver. 1.50

The bios in that system does not support 48bit addressing which is required to run hard drives larger than 137gb. There is NO RELIABLE way around this limit. You should stick with a 120gb hard drive for that system. If you have the need for additional storage you can add an external USB hard drive of any size, but due to USB 1.1 limitations it will be extremely slow accessing the information on it.

You have to click on the BLUE TEXT LINK that states SHOW ALL MODELS to show older systems. It is there.
