Satellite Pro Laptops

I bought a Satelite Pro M200 last 2007 with Vista Business with 3 years warranty. Now for quite sometime now I have been experiencing problems especially with a DOT(POint) in the top right corner of my lcd and a hinge problem which prevents my laptop to close the lcd lid. I brought it several times to TRICOM(the local distributor of Toshiba here in the Philippines) but they wont replace the hinge or take a look at my lcd and claims its normal. now is there someway i can get through the main warranty section of toshiba and talk to them because TRICOM is ruining Toshibas reputation in the Philippines because of their action. I have another unit from HP, and guess what, they replaced all the parts which i claim to be defective, no more questions asked.  

I have been a Toshiba advocate, but with whats happening, I think I'll shift to a different brand if the problem I am experiencing is not resolved.

The Toshiba website for Asia is - http://pc.toshiba-asia.com/portal/public/show.action

They might be able to help more, since this site is for the USA models. Also Toshiba does not respond to posts in this forum, it is just for users to help other users.  I could give you the USA phone number, but I don't think that helps you, so try the Asia website.

If the laptop doesn't close, then that is not normal.

You might try a different service place.  From the Repair link at the top of this page I see these:
