My L300D does not have a numeric keypad, with its alternate arrow keys and Home/PgUp/PgDown/End keys, but it does have these keys separately in my normal keypad. However my editor has its cursor movement set to the numeric keypad arrow keys. Is there any way I can reprogram my keyboard so that the arrow keys mimic the codes sent by a numeric keypad arrow keys ?

See the Using the overlay for cursor control in your User's Guide for information on doing this. You should have the User's Guide in Adobe Acrobat Format on your hard drive or you can download one from the Product Support Link at the top of this page.
If you don't bother to post your COMPLETE model number it's very difficult to assist you. Please post in complete sentences with punctuation, capitals, and correct spelling. Toshiba does NOT provide any direct support in these forums. All support is User to User in their spare time.
