Just WONDERING, HOW DO YOU KNOW ITS BROKEN. Most laptop fans only come on when the laptop overheats or runs hot. Saves battery life. Usually you can go into bios and adjust battery life. By doing that the CPU fan comes on quicker when the CPU runs hotter. With AC connected your CPU runs as hot as it can. And that should drive the fan eventually. Run a DVD movie threw it. I find that will fire up a CPU fan in a few minutes.
