I have a Satellite m300 with an XP downgrade whose audio output has never worked correctly (sound output from internal mic is always too low to hear properly and only works correctly with Vista Business' audio output booster software). TAIS has tried to fix this problem for the last three months, but the confilct lies within the OS/hardware interaction. They claim that this is not a "known" issue and are sending the laptop to Irvine for further evaluation. Does anyone on this forum "know" about this problem with their own laptop?
