Satellite A355-S6879 Static in speakers

My Satellite laptop is about 1 year old. I have about 3 weeks left of warranty on it. About 1 month ago, I could hear an annoying static-like, crackling sound coming out of the speakers. I took it to an authorized repair facility close to my home and they said they reseated the speaker harness and updated BIOS. Got it back next day, the sound was still there. I took it back to them and the technician at the front desk heard what I was talking about. He said it will need a motherboard and new speakers. They ordered the parts and I took it back to them the following day.

About an hour and a half later, they called me and said it was ready. I thought an hour and a half was kind of quick to do what they said, but anyway...I got it home, tried it for a few minutes and the crackling sound is still there. I called them back and they suggested I should call Toshiba Tech support, which I did, and tech support says to send

the laptop to the repair depot. Tech support says that if repair facility replaced a motherboard and speakers, then I shouldn't be having any problem. So the obvious question -- Why am I still having problems? I don't think it's fair that I have to send the laptop halfway across the country for an obvious problem, a problem that the repair depot will likely hear and then say, the product is fine. How can I be sure that the authorized repair facility even did anything to it at all? I don't know if anyone else is having the same problem and getting the same runaround with warranty service.
