satellite 5005 sound please help

I have been to toshiba ask iris and installed all the sound drivers there and nothing works model 5005 s504 o.p. win xp . please help

So you've already tried reinstalling this driver?
Windows XP/SP1/SP2, 2000 Sound Driver for Yamaha AC-XG sound systems
Wouldn't hurt to try again. Uninstall the old driver first.
Have you checked the little-known volume-control dial near the rear on the right side?
