Hi all,
I have two A6-EZ6312 Tecra laptops. The Advanced Port Replicator that the one A6 uses has gone faulty. All ports on it work except the USB. I swapped it out with TWO other replicators, and same issue. I tried one on my laptop (the second A6) and have the same issue. USB ports seem to fail or not detect USB for all three of these devices.
I checked the page for drivers and didn't see anything jump out regarding this [http://www.csd.toshiba.com]. Could I really have THREE bad port replicators? Is there a specific Utility driver I'll need? Any ideas?
