Since I can't remember the password for my Tecra 500 CDT, I guess the only thing to do is to reload Windows. Can I get a copy of NT for it? This machine will not boot from the CD-ROM, so there has to at least be a boot on floppy.

I've tried that. It doesn't find the Windows partition. The problem might be that the original Win95 was upgraded to 2000.

You can probably find a copy of NT 4.0 on eBay.
You can make the Setup boot floppy from that disc.

You can make the boot settup floppies directly from a W2K cd. http://www.duxcw.com/faq/win/2kboot.htm
You can also download them. http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm
